Three individuals have been arrested in connection with an assault and robbery in Hermon, Maine, that left a man seriously injured. The incident occurred in the early hours of June 23, when the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an injured male on Union Street. The victim had suffered extensive injuries as a result of the attack, which deputies described as vicious. It was later discovered that the victim had been attacked and robbed by known associates. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. Subsequently, three of the five suspects were identified and detained at the Holiday Inn in Bangor. Search warrants were executed on two hotel rooms and a vehicle, leading to the discovery of crack cocaine and other evidence. The arrested individuals included Tory Kindred, Thomas Pope, and Amanda Allard, who were charged with Class A robbery. The sheriff’s office indicated that additional suspects had been identified and more charges were expected. The investigation is ongoing, with further arrests anticipated. Penobscot County deputies are urging anyone with information related to the case to come forward, as the search for additional suspects continues.
