Country star Morgan Wallen has found himself in hot water once again, this time for throwing a chair from the sixth-story rooftop of a bar in Nashville. This incident marks the latest in a series of controversies for the artist, who first gained fame on The Voice in 2014. In 2020, Wallen was arrested for being a danger to himself and the public after an incident at Kid Rock’s Nashville bar. Later in the year, his debut on Saturday Night Live was canceled due to breaking COVID-19 safety protocols. In February 2021, Wallen faced backlash for using a racial slur in a recorded conversation, leading to multiple radio stations pulling his music and his record label suspending his contract. More recently, Wallen faced a class action lawsuit for canceling a concert last minute due to losing his voice. Despite these legal troubles and controversies, Wallen has maintained a loyal fan base, with his court date for the recent incident set for May 3. Wallen’s lawyer stated that he is cooperating fully with authorities. The country star has issued apologies for his past behavior and has vowed to do better in the future.
