The Fourth Annual Fiddlers’ Rendezvous, sponsored by LA Arts, is set to take place on Saturday, August 11th at Kennedy Park in Lewiston. The event will feature performances by acclaimed fiddlers Ed Howe, Éric Favreau, and Lissa Schneckenburger, accompanied by talented musicians such as Owen Marshall and Stuart Kenney. Each fiddler will showcase their unique style before coming together for a jam session.
Ed Howe, a bluegrass fiddler from Maine, is known for his mastery of the electric violin and his work with the band Drivetrain. Éric Favreau, a Québecois master fiddler, brings a rich and diverse repertoire to the stage, while Lissa Schneckenburger showcases original compositions that blend traditional and contemporary influences.
Accompanying the fiddlers are musicians with diverse backgrounds and expertise, adding depth and complexity to the performances. In case of rain, the event will move to Trinity Commons.
