Beloved Augusta Resident Anne Andreasen Passes Away at 61
Augusta – The community of Augusta is mourning the loss of Annette Louise (Dyer) Andreasen, affectionately known as Anne, who passed away on August 10, 2024, at the age of 61. Born and raised in Augusta, Anne was a cherished daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.
Survived by her mother, Gail Dyer, sister Karen Cote, and children Michael, Anthony, Tyler, and Elizabeth, Anne’s family will miss her dearly. Her love for music and movies, as well as her passion for the arts, made her a vibrant and creative spirit. Known for bringing joy and light to every gathering, Anne had a gift for connecting with others and making everyone feel welcomed.
Anne’s legacy of love and creativity will live on through her family and friends, who will always remember her warm presence and kind heart. A memorial service to celebrate Anne’s life will be held at the Cohen Center in Hallowell, Maine on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
