Joan Alice Edwards, aged 89, passed away on September 5 in Winthrop. A visitation will be held on September 12 from 4-7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home in Winthrop. The funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on September 13 at Winthrop Congregational Church, followed by burial at 1:30 p.m. at Monmouth Ridge Cemetery.
Joan was a beloved member of the Winthrop community and will be dearly missed by family and friends. She was known for her kind and generous spirit, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
