VIP Tires & Service successfully wrapped up their 2024 VIP Managers Conference at the Samoset Resort on the Ocean in Rockport. The event, held from Aug. 26-29, celebrated the achievements of store managers and employees, offering industry-leading training, networking, team building activities, and downtime to enjoy the resort’s coastal location. A total of 111 awards were distributed across various categories, with special honors going to Fitzroy Letts and Pat Williams. US Auto Force was named the 2024 VIP Supplier Partner of the Year.
VIP also highlighted their ongoing partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, donating over $1.2 million and granting more than 140 wishes to children in New England since 2008. VIP President and CEO Tim Winkeler commended employees for their commitment to serving customers and giving back to their communities.
The conference also featured 25 of VIP’s top vendor partners, sharing new product information and training for store managers from all 71 retail locations. The event culminated in the launch of VIP’s annual Make-A-Wish campaign. The company’s dedication to community, education, and teamwork was evident throughout the conference, inspiring employees to continue their excellent service and support for charitable initiatives.
