A memoir claiming to be written by the late Kim Porter, ex-partner of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has been labeled as fake by three of Diddy’s children and Porter’s son Quincy Brown. The book, titled “KIM’S LOST WORDS: A Journey for Justice, From the Other Side…”, was slammed on Instagram as untrue and a misrepresentation of Porter. The book was allegedly written by Chris Todd using the pseudonym Jamal T. Millwood.
The children criticized the book for spreading false rumors about their parents’ relationship and Porter’s passing, urging people to respect their mother’s memory and legacy. Porter died in 2018 from pneumonia, and her death was confirmed by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office as a result of lobar pneumonia.
An excerpt of the book posted on Amazon detailed alleged sexual encounters with Diddy and other celebrities, as well as abuse at the hands of Diddy. Diddy’s attorney has denounced the book as fake, offensive, and a profit-making scheme from Porter’s death, showing a lack of respect for Porter and her family.
The controversy surrounding the fake memoir has caused distress for Porter’s children, who are seeking to protect their mother’s memory from being tarnished by unfounded conspiracy theories. They have asked for privacy and respect as they continue to cope with their loss.
