Gerald Teplizky, a beloved resident of Peaks Island, passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 88 after a long battle with dementia. His dementia was a result of a fall that occurred seven years ago. Gerald is survived by his wife of 40 years, Julie Kilmartin. The family will be holding a Celebration of Life in his honor at a later date. The arrangements for his funeral are being handled by the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home in Portland.
Gerald was known for his warm personality and kind heart within the community of Peaks Island. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Julie, his wife, has expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of love and support from friends and neighbors during this difficult time.
