Feed Your Neighbor, a fundraising event to support the Chrysalis Place Food Bank, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 1, at the Johnson Hall Opera House in Gardiner. The event, organized by Gardiner Main Street, Gardiner Public Library, Gardiner Library Association, and Johnson Hall Opera House, will feature performances by dancers from Ampersand Arts Academy and MIKA’s All Pro Dance Studio, as well as music from Pat Colwell and the Soul Sensations.
Chrysalis Place, which serves several local communities, will have volunteers available to answer questions during the event. Beverages will be available for purchase from the Johnson Hall concession volunteers. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with a suggested minimum donation of $10 at the door, payable in cash, check, or food items. Additionally, tickets for a 50/50 raffle will be on sale during the event.
