The University of Maine Cooperative Extension is offering a ServSafe® Food Protection Manager course on April 4 in Bangor. The course, which runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Penobscot County Extension Office, prepares attendees for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification exam.
Participants will receive the ServSafe® Manager Book 7th Ed., diagnostic exam, and practice exam two weeks prior to the course. The $150 fee covers the class, materials, and exam, with no refunds issued.
